-peter was so caught up with his disappointment and he missed the voice of Jesus, the one whom he needed

-Jesus alr have fishes, but He still ask the fisherman if they have any fish 

   -God ask qn is not cos He wants to find out, but to show us something that happen within us

-the first charcoal fire.. Peter denied Jesus

-Jesus called Peter his old name "Simon" cos he was back to his old life 

-Jesus come low to Peter level to lift him up

-Jesus didn't not mention about Peter's denial...

-in the first charcoal fire, Peter denied Jesus 3 times... And in the second charcoal fire, Jesus restore Peter with 3 qns "do you love me"

-Jesus did not prove to Peter that He was right... He did not even mention about it

-resurrection = failure does not get the final word

-humility is the queen then checkmate the heart of the king 

Humility is the most important virtue in spiritual 

Detachment.. freedom of the heart

   We need to make room for God.. God won't force His 

-prayer.. communion with God

-Jesus' prayer was not driven by power or prestige... his prayer is for love 

-Jesus prayed to love in continuous union with the Father 

-persistent prayer enlarges us

3 things about prayer

1. prayer is speaking honestly to God 

-dont speak only things God want to hear... But our actual thoughts, honestly

-God alr knows everything... Why pretend?

-real prayer happens when we start to speak honestly 

2. prayer is listening attentively to God

-a true conversation is 2 way

3. prayer is resting the presence of God

-

-learning to rest in the presence of God and allow the Holy Spirit to bring us to the centre 

-upon for power, strength 

-within.. being aware of His presence 

-Holy Spirit within us stables us

-not we carry the Joly Spirit occasionally, it's the Holy Spirit carrying us always

-learn how to rest in, be filled, lead by God

-healing comes from God, sickness is from the devil
