-humility is the queen then checkmate the heart of the king 

Humility is the most important virtue in spiritual 

Detachment.. freedom of the heart

   We need to make room for God.. God won't force His 

-prayer.. communion with God

-Jesus often withdrew

-Jesus' prayer was not driven by power or prestige... his prayer is for love 

-Jesus prayed to love in continuous union with the Father 

-persistent prayer enlarges us

3 things about prayer

1. prayer is speaking honestly to God 

-dont speak only things God want to hear... But our actual thoughts, honestly

-God alr knows everything... Why pretend?

-real prayer happens when we start to speak honestly 

2. prayer is listening attentively to God

-a true conversation is 2 way

3. prayer is resting the presence of God

-

-learning to rest in the presence of God and allow the Holy Spirit to bring us to the centre 

-upon for power, strength 

-within.. being aware of His presence 

-Holy Spirit within us stables us

-not we carry the Joly Spirit occasionally, it's the Holy Spirit carrying us always

-learn how to rest in, be filled, lead by God

FROM BITTER WATERS TO SWEET HEALING

-Jesus abiut doing good, healing all

-healing comes from God, sickness is from the devil

-Jesus not only heal, but broke the bondage

-the 4 friends have faith

-healing is a 2 sided.. we must be willing to try

TALENTS FOR CHRIST

-our body dies but our soul continues living

-everybody is traveling... But where are we going?

-Jesus says "I am the way the truth and the life".. we knows Jesus, that's why we know the way 

-

-be thankful, be faithful, be careful 

   -thankful to the teacher 

   -thankful to God for the people He places in our life

   -thankful to the church and stop criticism

   -be faithful to the things and people God has given us 

      -protect our testimony / character.. no testimony without passing test. No testimony, no trust.. when there's trust, God entrust 

         -the cost of our testimony is Christ 

      -protect our family 

         -a wise women builds their house. A foolish women destroys it

         -husbands be faithful 

      -protect our children 

      -the church should be in the world, but the world should not be in the church 

         -the entire ocean cannot sink a boat unless the boat allow the water to enter

          -with prayer

   -be careful with the trouble makers

      -stay away from them

   -be careful with finances 

      -money cannot guarantee safety, health, our family, take us to heaven 

         -the more we love money, it destroys our mind 

         -pray to God for our needs and not our wants 

   -be careful with character 

      -Solomon lost his character

THE PATH TO PERFECTION part 3 - detachment

-

-

-

-

-he is at the peak of career, knew God and follows God

-the human heart is created for God... Not for wealth and riches 

-he longs to enjoy God

-perfection requires detachment

-if we can detach something, we are letting Jesus

-his sorrow shows his attachment 

-wealth is not the problem, but it's wealth owning him

-love for God is impossible if there's something 

-detachment allow us to walk up humility to love

-detachement is not losing things, but gaining the relationship with God

-Jesus came to the world as a human

-Jesus died as a criminal on the cross 

-Jesus loved His family, but He still chooses God the Father 

-Jesus rejected every temptation from Satan

-Jesus committed Himself to God on the cross just before His death

-doing the opposite of the attachment until our heart is restored to freedom 

-

-if our security is on the things we own, we will never be filled cos there no amount is enough 

-Jesus notice that people are looking to seat at the front seat

-

-are we willing to let go... Holy Spirit will reveal the thing to let go
