To follow Jesus, we must learn to reject the darkness of sin

We are too busy with all the exterior things.. and we nv cultivate our interiors (soul)

We seek relief externally, temp relief tt lead us to emptiness

Sin create a distance between us and God

Kills the light and causes darkness in the soul

-transpass is where we sin even we know tt it is wrong.. leading to iniquity

If we are struggling, we need to ask the Holy Spirit for the gift of
