the emblems of the Holy Spirit

-bitterness is what we do to ourself, internal

-betrayal is what others do to us, external

-being gentle.. not able to get things done.. qn: want things to be done through our own power or through the Holy Spirit?

the Spirit is called Holy Spirit cos He is very pure

-dont let corrupted words fill our mouth

-speak words that heal, not harm
