BEING EFFECTIVE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD

how the holy Spirit help us to become effective in the kingdom even if we go through difficulty in life

God's word is not an inferior substitute to His presence

if we have faith and believe, miracle and transformation can happen

-the more we allow God to rule in our hearts the more these things shall be added to you (matt 6:33)

-it can only be done by the Holy Spirit

   -peace and joy

the reason Jesus go is so that He can abide in us... by giving the Holy Spirit

the holy Sprit has a nickname "helper"... been given to us to help us

Jesus nv panic.. Jesus do miracles!!

-turn water into wine

-heal the crippled

-heal the blind

-walk on the waters

-raise Lazarus from the dead

-the work that Jesus did bears witness to who Jesus is

-the works Jesus did has a function... bear witness of who He is in order for people to believe

the works that we continue to do, will bear witness to Christ

works = ergon (Greek) = business, employment, occupation, anything accomplished by hand, art, mind

-not only supernatural wonders

when we do things and task well, we bear witness for Christ

after praying, everyone were bold... everyone in their capacity bear witnesses for Jesus

-joy = from the inside

-happiness = depend on outside factors

-the church became selfish

members in the marketplace also share to the poor in the community
