If God want us to do more, God could have given us more than 24hrs a day, God would not have given us eye lids, God would not have created night

While Adam is resting, God gave Adam a helper

Are we working too hard for God to work supernaturally for us

The day of rest is not as important but there must be a day in a week that have a rest day
