Paul is always concerned abt what people think and treat the church

the Corinthians think that they can do anything to the body since it will rot away

Paul makes the decision to make the person out though the church did not rebuke the man

   the church lives with so many sins, but this is the only sin that Paul decides to throw the man out... if Paul throw all who sins, there will be nobody left
