-when the soul is norished, we have peace, joy... B
ut when the soul is neglected, there is emptiness, tiredness-
-our soul was created for God, needs communion
-the same for our soul... If we continue feeding it with entertainment, success, attention
-what ever opens our heart to That will feed the deeper paet
how the Holy Spirit nourish the soul
1. prayer and worship
-it must be done in the sprit
-prayer and worship
-as we worship, the Holy Spirit opens us up to God
-prayer without worship becomes duty without delight
-prayer continues when life is difficult
-the spirit makes the Word happens
3. Community and Godly conversation
-the Holy Spirit in them will stir up something
-don't let words that will grieve the Holy Spirit
-receive without outlet, it becomes stagnent
-doesnt mean more mission or ministry= more spiritual
-will burn out... That's why Jesus often withdrew to pray
