-the Holy Spirit is poured out to all
-there is diversity in humanity - male and female
-but we are all made in the image of God
-God is all powerful.. power is not reduced just cos He shares His power with humanity
-we are empowered under the ruler God
-we are the steward, God is the ownership
-cos human had fallen (sin), result in brokenness and division
-we need to use power rightly
-there is no barrier to who we are in Christ
-leadership is going first, to show the way.. not just giving commmands
-Jesus is the ultimate leader
-question is are we following our leader
