-only when we walk in truth that we can have genuine fellowship

   -unity is the function of both love and doctrine

the women represents all who follow Jesus

-the church is represented by the 3 kinds of light.. God is Trinity

-the church must have the nature of God... Holy, love and truth

we can't do anything enough to earn salvation.. its by grace only, through faith only, in Christ only 

-God legally declares us innocent before Him, and all our punishment in eternity is canceled, a free person

-when we receive Jesus by faith, God does not condemn us anymore

   -we should not allow Satan or anyone to make us feel condemned or unworthy

-at conversion, our sins are forgiven but our morals are still the same

   -Jesus righteousness is put on us like fine linen to conceal our sinfulness inside

-Jesus took our sins doesn't mean our sins are infused into Him.. but declared legally guilty before God

-it's abt the legal consequences.. Jesus took away our punishment and we took His freedom

justification and sanctification are related to each other, but they are not the same

   -there's no sanctification without first justification, and justification must always lead to sanctification

at conversion, God has declared us righteous and forgiven no matter what we have done or what we are before

we should not be thinking that we are perfect and sinless like Jesus.... won't have repentance, and growing to be more like Christ

Jesus didn't have eternal punishment like the sinners

-moon under her feet --- walk in Christ light

-12 stars on her head represents the Holy Spirit, the anointing

   -12 tribes in the Old Testament governs the nation of Israel

   -12 apostles of the New Testament governs the early church

   -speaks of the church, the need to be governed by the Holy Spirit

-blessing and suffering are not mutually exclusive in a Christian life

-greater the suffering, greater the glory

Satan is the one who persecute the church even if we have done nothing wrong

-the persecution results in 2 groups of people

   -1st grp, alr dead

   -2nd grp, alive, on earth and to endure the suffering

they read Rev 12 as alr pasted

-when Jesus is in the wilderness, the Holy Spirit guided and empowered Him

-in the wilderness, God provided for the Children of Israel

-when we are going through sufferings, we will not go through it alone.. God is always with us!

-during the Great tribulation, God will protect us and deliver us from death

-fear not, the Lord is with you.. just like how Daniel was delivered from the lion's den and how his 3 friends were delivered from the fiery furnace

   -we will be delivered too... if we die, we go straight to heaven.. if we live, we will experience the glorious protection from God

      -we must never compromise on fear and never deny Christ!!

-the 3 friends were OK if God didn't deliver them.. 

   -true faith doesn't depend on results

if things don't happen like how we want, know that God will give us grace to handle the worst outcome... genuine Bible faith (Hebrews 11)

-one day, Satan will be in hell... but now, his place is in the 2nd heaven

   -cast out from 3rd heaven to 2nd heaven

   -he moves down to 1st heaven to deceive mankind, and moves up to 3rd heaven to accuse us before God

in the end times, there will be a massive war in the 2nd heaven.. Satan and his fallen angels will be kicked out and cast down to the earth

whenever we sin, Satan condemns, but the Holy Spirit convicts

-Holy Spirit will tell exactly where we have gone wrong so that we can bring to God for confession and repentance

-Satan condemns, making us feel guilty, unworthy and lose confidence in God that God loves and delights in us

   -cause us to feel miserable and stop praying

we overcome Satan by our 

1. cleansing

2. confession

3. courage

1. cleansing

-no matter what we have done, how far we have fallen, 

   -the blood of Jesus declares us righteous before God

   -forgiven and every power of sin is broken

-not literally by the blood... if so those Roman soldier would have been saved

   -it is our faith in Jesus' finished work on the cross

   -the holy communion elements itself is not magic working.. It's a memorial, it's our faith

3. courage

-if we love Jesus more than the success, the pleasure then we can easily be willing to lay down our life for Him

   -so when we are being threatened with death, we won't be afraid cos we will be with the Lord Jesus anyway

      -we will then have victory over Satan every time... cos whatever he says, it will not border us
