BECOMING A PERSON OF TRUTH AND LOVE

Abraham

-God wants us to change from the inside out

-everywhere Abraham went, the pattern remains the same

   -he will always pitch his tent, and he will build his alter

      -after he moved his tent, he don't move his alter.. but build a new alter 

everywhere Abraham goes, theres new culture, but Abraham didnt give in

don't be easily swayed by the cultural truth

truth is objective, and it never change

truth tt can be altered is preference or opinion.. no longer truth

if you don't stand on truth, you will take sides.. based on popularity, experience, feelings

the culture of the world

-truth comes from God, from Jesus

-objective.. doesn't change with feelings

-not a cultural truth, manipulated truth

-speaking the truth in love come in a form of spiritual dexterity

Apostle Paul

how you follow up with the revelation determine if you speaks truth in love

-when he was known as Saul, he was known as the great king

-when he was known as Paul (after receiving revelation from God), he was more known as the humble one

-some ppl, when they recvd a revelation, they tend to be more aragont, prideful

 

Paul didn't push his way to have his revelation accepted
